Copy Requests

Requests may be submitted by using the contact information above.

Copy Cost: $2.00 per page

All copy requests must include an instrument number or book and page reference. Requests submitted without a reference cannot be processed.

The customer may request copies of the entire recorded document, or specific pages thereof, which may be provided only if the customer identifies the pages to be provided.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the customer may request the first or last page without identifying additional pages.

Staff shall not open, review, or otherwise examine the document to determine pertinent information, legal descriptions, or any other content for a copy request.
